Welcome to ReloadingInternational .com.
We are proud to serve the international reloading community. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we are committed to making the international order process as easy and economical as possible. Exporting it is not nearly as complicated as it looks and we have automated the process so that the necessary forms will be printed during checkout. Please feel free to email us at info@ReloadingInternat ional.com if you have any ordering concerns whatsoever. Below you will find important information on placing your international order.
Export License
An Export License is required to ship bullets, brass and other reloading components out of the US. The export license authorizes the export of reloading components for personal use only. Components can not be sold or passed on to others. The export license is valid for up to 4 years, depending on your country. Multiple orders can be put on one export license. Individual orders can be shipped separately at intervals that fit your needs with no additional paperwork. The export license fee is 10% of the total of all items on the purchase order, that require an export license, up to a maximum of $250. The fee covers the cost of the export license and other paperwork required to export bullets and brass. The fee is paid with each individual order. Once the license application has been submitted, the export license fee is NOT refundable.
Shipping
We ship most our international orders via USPS Priority mail. The USPS is the most economical way for us to get our goods to you. Our shipping rates are our actual costs plus a $8 packaging/handling fee per box. We ship USPS Priority Mail International for shipments less than 5 pounds. Shipments over 5 pounds are shipped using medium flat rate boxes. See shipping and Returns page for current shipping rates.
The stated shipping weights on our site are packed weights. For example, we can ship 20 lbs in an international flat rate box. That is 19 lbs 15.9 oz including the box, packing and all paperwork. Our system would calculate your shipping based on a calculated weight of 19 lbs. We try to make sure the product weights in our are system are accurate. If the packed weight of your order exceeds the maximum shipping weight for a flat rate box we will contact you.
Insurance is available for all orders. Insurance provides a 100% guarantee against loss or theft and that you will receive your order or a full refund. Insurance covers the full value of your order excluding shipping and export license fee. If, for some reason, your package is returned to us additional shipping charges to reship your package will apply.
Please note we CAN NOT ship to a PO Box without prior approval from the State Department. There has to be a good reason (e.g., no delivery to physical address) and we must ask at the time we apply for the export license. To do so, we need a signed letter requesting permission to ship to a PO Box with justification.
Customs
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with your country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by your country’s laws. Duties, taxes and fees vary from country to country. Please check the regulations for your country. Information on duty and taxes can be found at your country’s National Customs Website. The recipient is the only person who can pay duty and taxes. We are not responsible for any duty or taxes on your order. If there is a maximum value that is exempt from duties or taxes we are glad to work with you to send shipment that will minimize your import fees.
